We will begin with a coffee degustation to set the scene for the rest of the day. We will then cover the importance of roast colour and begin to develop an appreciation of the effect roast colour has on flavour. To build on the foundation of colour and flavour we will cover some roasting theory and defect free roasting techniques to achieve a vast spectrum of roast colours.

A good mix of practical cupping, theory and discussion between roasting professionals.
